**The role**
- Managing claims escalations in a timely manner.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service in all customer dealings.
- Creating and building long term relationships with our customers.
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, conducting any necessary research and providing solutions.
- Set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Professionally handle grievances to preserve 4WD Supacentre’s reputation.
- Know when to escalate customer issues to your manager.
- Recognise, document and alert your manager of trends in warranty or claims.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Assess, approve and close claims in accordance with consumer law and company policy

**About you**
- Prefer to have a mechanical or auto electrician trade qualification (not mandatory)
- Experienced in fitting or managing a workshop or have worked in the RV industry
- Experienced in a similar role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent ability to build strong relationships and develop rapport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Medium to high level of computer literacy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work to a deadline
- The ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
