About the role

Our Supply Officer’s form a key part of our Supply team. This position will be responsible for assisting with the supply management of the hospital with a focus in Perioperative Services. We offer a supportive atmosphere and an extensive education program so you get to grow in your role and achieve work-life balance.

Our Supply team are our champions of stewardship. They’re dedicated to continuously refining efficiency and improving quality and stability. They provide a vital service that allows our healthcare professionals to do their jobs.

What you bring

**Mandatory**:
Experience using inventory systems and barcode/scanning systems.

Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Able to work without supervision.

Able to work with-in a small team.

Committed to promoting the Mission and Values of the Little Company of Mary with patient-centred quality care as the primary focus of service.

Self-motivated and has excellent communication skills.

Able to liaise with all staff throughout the organisation whilst promoting equality and empathy.

Able to liaise with suppliers and other facilities outside the organisation.

Flexible and innovative.

Understanding of Work Health Safety and Welfare Act with regards to supply.

Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)

COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt
