About the Role:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and interested in pursuing a career in food retail sales. While previous experience in food preparation, catering, retail sales, or customer service is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. The most important qualities we seek are a winning attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation, including bread and cookie baking

Maintaining food storage and preparation areas according to Health & Safety and Audit standards

Compliance with Food Code of Practice

Operating the till

Monitoring stock levels and checking in deliveries

Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules

Following security and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Maintaining high personal presentation standards in uniform

Working collaboratively as part of a team

Delivering excellent service to meet customer needs
