You will be set up for success as the handover will be done by someone who will form part of your wider support network of highly successful and experienced DPs. There is a generous package with great bonus incentives on offer as well as a set of keys to your own wheels.
**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**
First things first, you are there to lead and bring the energy to the dealership. You are going to be the “everything for everyone” which means that you will be across all aspects of the business and act as a trusted advisor to all staff. This is a DP role for someone who can lead from the front. If you want to spend all day sitting in a glass office telling people what to do, this is not the job for you.
As Dealer Principal you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dealership across all facets including sales, strategy, people, compliance and finances (don’t worry, there is an FC).

**THE NITTY GRITTY**
It goes without saying, you need to be a confident leader who can manage people and is exceptional at communication. You have to be organised, be confident at decision making and be able to stand your ground. We are also looking for:
- Experience in the Automotive or Leisure Asset industies as a DP, GM or Sales Manager
- An understanding of finances, to the point that you can read and understand a P&L
- Outstanding people management skills
- A track record of delivering results
