Seeking a Product Manager - Partnerships for a global financial services company

**Your new role**:
Connecting and securing transactions is what the team does every single day. Covering the entire payment value chain, their technological guides build and operate digital platforms that handle the millions of highly critical transactions between a company, its partners, and its customers.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- You develop, lead and publish the product roadmap building the unique selling points (USPs).
- You support the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements; own the design process and deliverables.
- You communicate and coordinate with vital team members across the organisation to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights.
- You build the product commercialisation model substantiating this with a financial business model.
**Your tasks will be**:
- Partner management, e.g. support Payment Facilitator onboarding and lifecycle management
- Partner communications (e.g. deployment of a partner communication portal, preparation and communication of release notes to partners)
- Partner management process harmonisation support (e.g. design and implementation of a more consistent partner management processes across entire WL perimeter)
- Building extraordinary e-commerce products that drive customer engagements across digital channels - mobile, in app, web and in store
- You are expected to develop and complete a product roadmap and vision on customer engagement and product experiences that can help our clients to deliver a high -level product experience
**Your new role will initially be for a 6-month period as a daily contractor with the chance to be made permanent after this time. You will be based out of the CBD office and work in a flexible environment.**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years’ experience in product or partner management
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and/or significant project.
- Able to take general requirements and develop execution plan.
- Strong communicator with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the card payments industry preferred
