Our retail team are like no other, passionate about the cause and committed to driving sales and delivering the highest level of customer service. A fun and diverse team with strong retail experience.

**About the role**

Cancer Council NSW is again opening our seasonal retail kiosks to keep our community sun safe over the warmer months. We are excited to return to Macquarie Centre this year and are looking for **3x casual retail consultants **to work the kiosk.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience
- Support the day to day running of the kiosk
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Achieving budgeted sales (our profit goes back into cancer research and cancer program support)

**About You**

You will need:

- Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
- Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
- Availability for **minimum 3-5 shifts a week **(average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours) **during September 2023 to March 2024.**:

- Flexibility to work on a casual contract including weekends and Thursday late night trading
- **Available for 10 - 20 hours per week. **Additional hours may be available if willing to travel between locations.**:

- Ability to work alone during shifts or lunch cover
