Office Administrator

We're looking for a detail focussed all rounder to work in our growing small business. The role is admin based in a retail environment. Ideally, you'd have some bookkeeping experience (we use Xero) although training can be provided.
The role involves overseeing OH+S and HR documentation, processing payroll and managing debtors and keeping accounts payable up to date, working with an external bookkeeper who can oversee any issues and who will prepare BAS returns.
You'll be in contact with our suppliers, and our wholesale customers and working within a diverse team, you'll have great communication skills and a good sense of humour
As a growing business, we're developing systems and procedures and we need your help to document these and keep track of staff training records.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 programs (especially excel) will be well regarded.
It's a varied and fast paced role and we're looking for someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. If you have a passion for gardening and the environment you'll fit right in with the company's vision and the team.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
