About the role

Are you a Registered Nurse who’s passionate about training and education and want flexible working hours and days? Calvary Bruce Private is looking for a dedicated Nurse to join our prominent Learning & Development team. Our Hospital is proud to be a teaching facility and boasts an extensive range of training and educational opportunities.

As a Clinical Facilitator you will be primarily responsible for the co-ordination and facilitation of the Undergraduate Health Science Students during their placements at Bruce Private Hospital. In collaboration with the Learning & Development team and Nurse Unit Managers, you will also support the professional development of clinical staff through the wide and diverse coordination, provision and monitoring of unit-based and organisational objectives.

What you bring

**Essential**:
Current Registration with AHPRA)

A minimum of three (3) years minimum clinical experience

Clinical teaching experience including preceptorship, facilitation and/or supervision

Demonstrated excellent communication skills

Skilled at using different Online Learning and Communication Systems

High level communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt

**Highly Desirable**:
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or postgraduate qualification in education, or willingness to work towards achieving

Demonstrated experience in clinical facilitation and preceptorship
