**Your Role**:

- Liaise between Business & Technical teams to understand requirements for Adobe CDP Platform
- Gather Business capability requirements and use cases and translate them into actionable user stories for technical team development
- Understand current business processes, segments, use cases proprietary to AEP and helps define, communicate & leads future business processes
- Drive innovative data services and consumer facing experiences to help consumers achieve their financial goals.
- Work across functions (product, engineering, marketing, sales, and data) to track consumer journeys effectively. Use this data to create a virtuous feedback loop to continually improve cross-business unit consumer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data across the business and drive a data-driven culture, and enable product-led growth of the business
- Ensure that project team has clear understanding of CDP requirements and business expectation
- Work with QA teams to develop testing strategy, and test plan, identify test cases and participate in UAT
- Create product documentation and training material including user manuals
- Collaborate with stakeholders and different teams from the organization to collect data, identify gaps, and create functional requirements
- Create document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements
- Build and standardize templates and processes for functional requirements, use case validations, and data specifications
- Champion customer data platform workshops and user adoption

**Your Experience/Skills**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Product Owner or Technical Analyst
- Knowledge/experience with CDP tools like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Audience Manager or any other DMP tools and marketing data streams like Eloqua/Marketo, Google/Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, insight, etc.
- An agile professional with strategic, functional, technical, and relationship focus
- Understanding of Data marts, master data managers, Enterprise data warehouse, data visualization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build trust, listen, and ask effective questions
- Support creation and maintenance of detailed documentation - i.e., operational processes, workflows, and training
- Experience working in the digital agency or consulting firm space is a bonus
