**Job Summary**

This position is based in Sydney but requires work across Asia Pacific. With global offices you'll be joining a company and department that enables success and strives to be the best in the industry. As a highly selective privately owned business, you will be working with the best and working on projects and deals that make a positive difference to our clients and the community.

**Responsibilities**
- General administrative support to the legal department, including meetings, assistance with presentation preparation, drafting of correspondence and fielding internal business enquiries
- Drafting and formatting Commercial agreements for both our Australian and International businesses, including Software and Support License Agreements,, confidentiality agreements, marketing agreements and any other agreements as appropriate.
- Provide input into the development, implementation and maintenance of strategies, policies, training and procedures
- Maintaining and updating necessary records and registers
- Assist in creating legal resources for the business, such as template agreements, and legal guidelines and updates
- Undertaking Legal research
- A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Legal skills and experience - In House or experience in a Software company is preferable but not essential
- Strong written and organisational skills with an eye for detail are essentially,
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to liaise across a diverse range of people and cultures
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Skills in Word, Outlook and Excel assumed but an interest and knowledge in other technology to assist the legal team drive efficiency and productivity is highly favored;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and organise work priorities to meet deadlines
- Language skills including Japanese, Mandarin, Thai or Bahasa will be helpful but are not a prerequisite or determining factor of success in the role

**Education and Training**
- Completed or substantially completed Degree in Law
- Such other relevant training, education or experience as applicable
