- Core Talent are exclusively partnering with a large and stable distribution business who are seeking to hire a proactive and tenacious credit controller to join their small team based in Queensland._
**The opportunity**
We are looking to engage with a driven and confident communicator who is proactive to manage a ledger and chase imminent and overdue accounts. You will be managing approx. 500 live accounts working in a small team, with other credit controllers forming a wider team of over 30 staff in collections.
- Managing your own ledger of national accounts
- Managing any day-to-day queries
- Proactively retrieving debt
- Working to KPIs including reducing debtor days and percentage overdue
- Attending monthly debtor meetings
- Ensuring timely follow ups and first class customer service is delivered
- Allocating cash and chasing remittances
**The individual**
You will have a proven track record working in a high-volume AR/creidt/collections role. The business is highly successful and as such there are opportunities for career progression for those with the right aptitude and attitude.
