Accounting Internship

Fluent in English
- Be an excellent communicator - Verbal & Written
- Currently completing an Accounting or Business course at University or Tafe
- Impeccable approach to client servicing
- Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed client’s expectations
- Accounting & Taxation experience would be highly valued but not essential
- Must be an Australian Resident (Permanent/Citizens only)

Applicants who do not possess the above attributes with not be considered

Your work will include:

- Reconciliation of Xero
- Bookkeeping
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Preparation of Income Tax Returns (all type)
- Scheduling client appointments
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and ASIC
- General administration and office support, e.g. filing, copying, scanning, collating, binding etc.
- Updating client database with client-related information
- Some reception duties, meeting and greeting clients, answer phones, answering basic enquiries, redirecting as required.
