**What you’ll do**:
We are looking to hire an OH&S and RTW Coordinator to facilitate the Eaton Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) activities, including injury management, return to work (RTW) services, workers compensation claims management and assist in the prevention of work-related injuries.

**Key Duties**
- Coordinate the maintenance of Records Management for ISO 9001, EHS Management System and quality documentation in accordance with Business Management Policy.
- Promote Health and Safety on site including consultation, compliance to legislative requirements, injury investigation and risk assessments.
- Produce business correspondence such as reports, presentations, and procedures for the Operations Management and EH&S Committee.
- Act as the lead first aid officer and be responsible for managing the first program, ensuring all first aid offers are thoroughly trained and hold current FAO certificates.
- Manage Workers Compensation claims in consultation with HR, RTW plans and promote injury management strategies that focus on early injury recovery and durable return to work. Provide effective case management to achieve individual rehabilitation goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional accreditation in OH&S legislation. For e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in OH&S.
- Accreditation as a Return to Work Coordinator.
- First Aid Warden
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Personal commitment to promoting and ensuring work safety and a ZERO incident culture.
