**About the Role**

In this key role, you'll lead our Front of House team, overseeing order-taking at the kiosk, ensuring smooth preparation and serving of drinks, and managing the heating of grab-and-go food items. We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting, excels in customer service, and enjoys guiding a team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example, we’d love to hear from you
- Previous experience as a supervisor or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry
- Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest service
- Passion for delivering customer service
- Can work weekends, Friday and Saturday being a must
- A love of all thing’s hospitality
