The Roles

We are seeking enthusiastic Grade 1 & 2 Sterilising (CSSD) Technicians in a casual, part-time or full-time capacity reporting to the CSSD Manager. Previous experience working in a CSSD department is an advantage but not essential, one on one coaching will be provided by our dedicated Educator who will support you to upskill in decontamination, check and wrap, consignment, instrument and consumable set ups, and loans. At Epworth Richmond we perform a wide range of complex surgeries across all specialties. The recent introduction of the T-Doc instrument tracking system will assist you in your everyday practise to identify robotic, navigational and complex custom-made instrumentationif it exists - it exists at Richmond Loans and CSS Departments.

To be successful in this role

You are flexible to work across various shifts and areas as rostered, are highly motivated with good problem-solving aptitude with an ability to adapt and embrace constant changes within a working environment. You will also be able to problem solve and provide constructive feedback to peers when required.

**You will have**:
Plan to study or currently studying a Certificate III in Sterilisation
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a large multidisciplinary team
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to use computer systems

Applicants without a Certificate III with significant experience in a similar facility will be highly regarded and are encouraged to apply.
