- The primary role of the
- **Retail Manager** is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:
- Coordinating staff recruitment
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety

- Desirable: Do you have a Certificate II or higher in Community Pharmacy?
