**Your Role**:
At Vinnies (NSW) we are reshaping our property team to deliver on our strategic goals, and to deliver growth in our mission and good works. We have created four new lead roles in the property team to facilitate these objectives - one of these new roles is Leasing Manager. As the Leasing Manager, you will lead the leasing functions state-wide across a property portfolio that includes retail, industrial, office and residential accommodation, supported by an in-house team.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Transition client briefs into leasing plans.
- Search for, secure and negotiate new leasing opportunities.
- Identify new leasing structures and different ways of securing properties.
- Develop and manage leasing feasibility models supported by market analysis.
- Provide market analysis/true market rent on locations when negotiating options.
- Manage all aspects of the transaction including obtaining internal approvals, brief lawyers and lease execution.
- Manage the rent-roll across all lease payments.
- Manage lease obligations.
- Develop and manage annual budgets.

**You Will Need**:

- Proven work experience in managing leases in similar environment.
- A thorough understanding of property legislations and planning controls.
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to understanding legal documents such as contracts, leases, licences and land title details.
- Tertiary qualification in property management or related field will be highly regarded.
