**About the company**

This is a commercial building specialist that focus on Hospitals/Aged Care, Schools and other shop fit out projects.

**About the role**

They are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Site Foreman to be responsible for implementing the program for projects and co-ordinating Trades.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Identifying variations that will impact performance of these projects and raising them accordingly
- Work through project program with the Project Manager
- Organise the coordination of labourers, sub-contractors, and materials
- Ensure construction is to a high standard and materials are on-site for trades
- Identify and rectify defects in timely manner
- Attend site meetings with Project Manager and clients
- Ensure all HSEQ requirements are met and documented
- Ensure a safe and hazard free workplace by ensuring the site is always kept clean

**Skills & experience**
- Experience in a similar position for 5 years or more in Australian business
- Trade Qualified Carpenter
- Quality communication written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team with strong leadership skills
- Strong time management
- High attention to detail
- Great relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and a part of a team
