**About the Client**
For several decades, a prominent educational institution has been providing pathway programs and language courses to support students in their academic journey. These tailored programs, designed for a diverse international audience, include various offerings such as Foundation Studies Programs, Diploma Programs, Academic English Programs, and Transition Programs Online, spanning multiple campuses to enhance academic and language skills for university success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer end-to-end procurement activities, including processing procurement request forms, creating Purchase Orders (PO), and regular review of open PO while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the receipting of PO, follow up on outstanding items, and collaborate with the Receipting Officer and Accounts Payable Officer on PO-based invoices. Provide the Open PO Report for the Finance & Procurement Manager on a monthly basis.
- Liaise and communicate with suppliers, organizing vendor forms for new vendors or updates, and addressing any PO/invoice discrepancies.
- Manage procurement systems, including PO workflow in JIRA, PO creation in Peoplesoft, and the Concur system.
- Administer corporate credit cards and expense reimbursements, arranging credit cards for staff, reviewing reconciliations, setting up users in Concur, and managing fraudulent transactions.
- Conduct training for new credit cardholders on Concur usage and reconciliation.
- Liaise with the bank for credit card issues, including limit amendments and cancellations/blocks.
- Administer corporate travel requests, providing assistance to traveling staff members with travel bookings, risk assessments, maintaining travel records, and tracking travel expenses.
- Organize Global 24 access for traveling staff members.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries related to corporate credit cards, expense reimbursements, travel, and procurement matters. Send regular communications on these areas.
- Partner with divisions and project management teams to provide timely advice on procurement activities. Escalate high-level/high-risk procurement matters to managers.
- Process documentation, including creating/updating manuals, and work on ad hoc procurement projects.
- Desirable:_
- Experience in a procurement/purchasing role is highly regarded but not essential.
- Understanding of procurement practices, including risk management and best practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft.

**Others**:

- Salary: $75,000 per annum + superannuation if you conver to a permanent role.
- Work Hours: 4 days a week (anchor day is on Thursdays).
