**Position Title**: Pre-accredited Trainer - Medical Reception

**Position Status**: Casual
**Section**: ACFE/ Learn Local Pre-accredited/Non-accredited Adult Education and Training
**Contracted Days/Hours**: Term 3, 2023 (dates to be confirmed).
**Location**: Community Learning Centre (40 Fulham Road Rowville VIC 3178) or as agreed from time to time.

Our location is next to Stud Park Shopping Centre, within short walking distance to the bus stop. We are located inside Rowville Community Centre.

You will be a committed and adaptable trainer who continuously improve our educational programs on offer to learners. You put safety first with everything you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all learners.

The Trainer position's purpose is to deliver high-quality training and collect evidence in accordance with CLC Training expectations.

**You will succeed in the role with**:

- Demonstrated experience in Pre-Accredited Medical Reception training or relevant qualification.
- Proven capability in understanding trainees’ needs and adjusting the training delivery plans according to their needs.
- Experience in working effectively with diverse populations, community partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and communication skills to deliver the training creatively targeting diverse audiences aged 18 and above.
- Sound knowledge of the computer and latest medical software.
- Having experience working with Adult Learners in general.
