We are in search of an adept Probate Clerk with experience, ready to seamlessly integrate into the team and take ownership of this pivotal role. Within this close-knit team, your proactive mindset and tech-savvy skills will find a perfect fit. As you become acclimated, this position allows for the flexibility of working remotely for 2 days a week. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing Probate files from end to end
- Preparing Letters of Administration
- Preparing Supreme Court documents to obtain Grant of Probate
- Administration and distribution of estates including selling shares
- Liaising with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Preparing basic Wills
- File management

To excel in this exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar probate role is essential.
