Recruitment Coordinator

Montefiore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis to provide high quality support to our People & Culture team and to the key stakeholders in our organisation.
Joining an experienced team, your high attention to detail, solution focused approach and strong sense of role ownership will make you ideally placed for this key coordination role that will place our recruitment activities in highly capable hands.
Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor in all aspects of recruitment including (but not limited to) preparing adverts, facilitating/coordinating interviews, coordinating student placements and ensuring the currency of our online recruitment platform
- Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment inquiries and offering timely responses to both internal and external stakeholders.
**About You**:
You will be highly organised with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality with a natural ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including front-line staff and managers. You will also excel working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment that offers fantastic exposure to a HR function within a robust and well-resourced department.
**Other key requirements**:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced HR or Office Administrator role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with staff at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own work
- Your own car with a valid driver’s licence (travel across our 3 Sydney metro sites is a requirement for this role)
