**The Position**

**St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital **is a boutique facility located right on the banks of the iconic Swan River. The hospital was established in 1932 and has a strong tradition of providing surgical services and maternity care. It is also the largest non-government provider of rehabilitation services in Western Australia, with private and publicly funded services supported by a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.

With the introduction of their new room service structure, SJG Mount Lawley has begun an exciting and creative journey. The Hospital aims to provide a unique and personalized experience for each patient, catering to their individual needs and preferences. By offering a diverse range of menu options and flexible delivery times, SJG Mount Lawley hopes to exceed their expectations and establish themselves as a leader in the Medical hospitality industry.

To Support this, we are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Hospitality Superstars to join our team.

We are seeking
- Food Service Assistants
- Hospitality Assistants
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- A basic knowledge of all areas of kitchen hygiene.
- An ability to communicate (speak) effectively with colleagues and customers.
- A high standard of personal presentation and punctuality.
- Strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to listen.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Knowledge of Safe Food Handling, Housekeeping, Safe Manual Handling Techniques and Safe Chemical Use.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team, and also autonomously, with a display of leadership skills.
