With an expansive plan focused on continuous growth, the business consists of Retail and Commercial Divisions servicing clients throughout Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a willingness to help.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the call center.
- Support the management in leading the team.
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Prior experience in a call center or sales environment.
- Supervisor experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all types of clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work Saturdays and evenings as needed.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus
- Commission
**Experience**:
- Call Centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
