**Job Summary**:
As a Front Desk Receptionist & Retail Merchandise Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and assistance. You will also play a key role in managing our retail space by showcasing and selling our merchandise. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Front Desk Receptionist Duties:_
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk's administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and queries effectively and professionally.
- Retail Merchandise Duties:_
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, providing expert product knowledge.
- Ensure the retail area is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional displays and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, retail, or business management is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with point-of-sale systems.

Pay: $21.77 - $39.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
