Kyogle Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered nurse to join the the Transition to Practice (Multi Purpose Service) Program it is a structured program that assists the development of skills, competency and leadership qualities of the 1st or 2nd year graduate Registered Nurse into Emergency Department, Acute Care and Residential Aged Care, Multi Purpose Service (MPS) nursing.
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD)

**_If you have:_**
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Successful completion of a recognised 1st year Post Graduate Program
- Ability to use problem solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care
- Understanding of, and ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge of the Multi Purpose Service model and rural and remote nursing challenges
