We are thus looking for a vibrant, compassionate and self-motivated individual with proven industry experience to join our team.

Part-time position leading into a full time role.

We are seeking a well-organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong communication, attention to details and time management skills to join hands with our office administration team to manage day-to-day tasks relating to clients and bookings management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the overall NDIS governance
- Ensure quality and compliance relating to processes, practices, policies, and procedures that ensure accreditation success.
- Support a culture of continuous quality improvement, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the obligations under the NDIS Act 2013, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and any other relevant regulations or legislation including but not limited to WorkSafe and Fair Work obligations.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and strategies
- Maintain policies, procedures, forms, and templates and implement updates as required to maintain compliance and promote best practice.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
- Professional, polite and proficient with customer interactions & communications
- Accurate attention to details for records or notes keeping and investigating details on client files
- Proficient in using computers with good working knowledge of MS Office, internet, CRM software systems, internet browsing & performing data searches
- Previous Administration/Compliance experience
- Knowledge of the NDIS, and disability sector
- Must have appropriate working rights to work in Australia
