Additionally, you’ll be a key person in driving engagement activities to strengthen the team ways of working and making our Contact Centre a fun place to work

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Conducting high-level diary & calendar management for the Customer Service Managers including, large volumes of meetings and adapting to changes to people, places and timing. This involves being one-step ahead of these changes and managing competing requests with ease and understanding.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for suitable timings and meeting preparation as required.
- Attending the relevant forums, participating, creating & circulating meeting agendas, maintaining action registers & addressing outstanding issues with stakeholders.
- Support for IT, process & policy, facilities, new starter onboarding and any other ad hoc items as required.
- Coordinating and executing events for the Contact Centre in line with budget.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- At least 12 months in their current role if internal.
- Demonstrated administration and support experience. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Admin assistant will be highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and task management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality for all confidential matters.
- The ability to work autonomously and has the flexibility to adapt to change.
- The professional and presentation skills to communicate with senior stakeholders.
