We manufacture and repair high quality 100% Australian made towbars and lightweight trailers. We distribute towbars Australia wide or fit to your vehicle while-u-wait at Seven Hills or Moorebank, 6 days a week. We also stock a large range of trailer parts and vehicle accessories.

**About the role**

Due to continued growth, Carasel is seeking a Customer Service assistant to join our team. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity.

**Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Ability to work as part of a team and work independently.
- To develop good product knowledge of the Carasel Brand.
- Perform all job-related tasks in a timely manner.
- Be a clear communicator to team members and customers.
- Manage customers’ enquiries professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Quote all requests for towbars and trailers in a timely manner working with the fitting team collaboratively to ensure fitting and manufacturing costs are correct.
- Communicate any issues or questions to the Customer Service Team Leader.
- Make sure all benches remain clutter free, no stock should be kept on benches unless the customer is in store and purchasing.
- Assist with some warehouse functions eg pick and pack, assembly, and good inwards
- If rubbish bins are overflowing, they need to be emptied.
- Assist with our Stockiest/Distributor Program.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years experience in the role preferred

**Skills**:

- Handle telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Support fellow Customer Service Team members.
- Attend ongoing training where required.
- Take ownership of customers enquiries along with the team and follow through with answers and follow up where needed in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers to achieve resolution of any issues that may arise while maintaining high quality standards.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be hard working, reliable, confident, and knowledgeable.
- Report regularly to management as required.
