This creative boutique agency based in Sydney has a sensational team of professionals with a broad skill set and a passion for the industry that is unmatched. They deliver scalable events in the consumer, music, fashion, tech, corporate and lifestyle spaces and are experts in technical production and creative development. They are looking for a new Associate Producer to join their rapidly growing team

**The Role**:
This role represents an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dynamic team as Associate Producer. You are the client lead & production lead for small to mid scale projects as well as support to Producers and other Senior team on large scale projects. You will also provide production support on new business, as well as working with the Creative Director & Design team to ensure creative output is second to none.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Client relationship development & management
- Develop strong client, supplier & external relationships
- To ensure that the services produced and sold to clients are of high quality
- To assist in ensuring that the company meets all its legal requirements, including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety.
- Delivery & ownership of events from the briefing process through to execution & evaluation
- Registration & delegate comms management
- Supplier management & sourcing elements for event
- Onsite event management, sometimes involving travel
- Development of project plans, timelines, logistics management, budgets
- Ensuring client approvals for all key project elements & clear budget management
- Mentoring and managing junior team members/interns
- Ensure profitability of projects & monitoring of revenue (working with Producers)
- Leading small to mid scale proposals & responses to client briefs in conjunction with the creative team - taking full ownership in writing & building out client proposals, sometimes with a fast turnaround
- Ensure all new projects are fully spec’d and budgeted and changes in scope are managed effectively
- A creatively minded producer who thinks outside the box
- Natural team leader with a diplomatic approach
- Strong sense of project management and multi discipline coordination
- Thrives on juggling multiple projects and tasks and prioritising deliverables
- An expert at making the complex simple
- Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to and passionate about events
- Experience in event management, event production, conference management, technical event production, project management, creative/design studio management, catering, venue & supplier management
- Excellent written English
- Excellent budgeting & numerical skills
- Familiar with Google Workspace & Mac OS is ideal
- Experience in Sheets/Excel and Keynote
- Confident presenter when liaising with clients and suppliers
