**Position**:Barre Instructor

**Location**:Hampton VIC 3188

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging and dynamic barre classes for participants of all fitness levels.
- Develop and choreograph class routines that are both challenging and accessible.
- Provide clear and effective instructions, ensuring the safety and proper form of participants.
- Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate various skill levels and physical abilities.
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals while fostering a sense of community.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space before and after classes.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in barre instruction or a related field (e.g., fitness, dance, Pilates).
- Previous experience teaching barre classes preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to adapt to the needs and preferences of participants.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
