Ao8 Trainer

**About the Company**
Davidson are working exclusively with a key State Government Department who are seeking an experienced AO8 Trainer to join the team. This role has an immediate start and an initial contract to 30 June. In this role you will be delivering key training and support to schools throughout Queensland.

**About the Role**
In this newly created role you will be reporting to the Executive Director and will work closely with SMEs to delivery training and development to key Business Managers and stakeholders within Queensland schools. You will be responsible for uplifting the capability of the stakeholder knowledge around procurement systems. This role has a key focus on training delivery and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

**About You**
To be successful you will demonstrate previous experience as a Trainer with the ability to support a range of stakeholders through change and create an uplift in skill capability.

You will demonstrate the ability to:

- Clearly and effectively communicate the objectives, benefits and impact of change to the target audience.
- Ability to create an environment where people can discuss, learn, and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to understand and relate to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
- Ability to identify and address obstacles and challenges that arise during the change and learning process.
- Ability to adjust to new situations and changing needs of the audience and organization.
