**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team at our Broadmeadows vehicle dismantling facility.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the site and for safety, dismantling productivity and quality control.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Leading a large on-site team
- Ensuring a safe environment for all team members, and ensuring daily, monthly and quarterly checklists are carried out and submitted
- Leading a safety culture which includes ensuring that team members understand and adhere to all safety requirements and policies
- Ensuring all vehicles are inventoried and processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Budgeting, cost management and other commercial activities of the site
- Management of site invoicing processes and approvals
- Maintenance and ordering of all workshop equipment, tools and consumables
- Managing and maximising scrap revenue
- Continuously improving operational efficiencies
- Proactively collaborating with both internal & external stakeholders
- Management of vehicle stock holdings with support of Vehicle Purchasing team
- Weekly & monthly reporting of site activities
