Dimensional Calibration Technician

They are currently seeking to employ a full time permanent Dimensional Calibration Technician for the team in the Metrology Lab and ideally seeking someone that is available to start immediately.

**Main duties of the role include**:

- Calibrate and repair dimensional, mechanical, pressure and torque equipment.
- Role will include occasional onsite calibration.
- Perform dimensional calibration using various dimensional measuring equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Understanding of ISO 7025 Quality Systems and the requirements for NATA-accredited calibrations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in engineering related field.
- Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings as well as manufacturer or customer specifications.
- Proficiency in Dimensional measurement, CMM programming and interpretation of technical results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with proficient computer skills, especially spreadsheets.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Pay: $52,904.05 - $85,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
