Are you an experienced change agent, interested in your next big challenge and wanting to build a change career at Coles? Then come talk to the Apollo Liquor team about a once in career opportunity. Apollo is an all of business transformation of the Coles Liquor group, transforming shops, supply chain and the way we work which will set the business up for years to come. You will be working in a dedicated change team supporting 4 project managers across 4 major projects, translating the systems and process changes into the impacts for each of the teams in Liquor and providing the coaching and support needed to build capability and ensure sustainable behavioural change. Through this, you will build the change capability of leaders across Coles Liquor Group.

**About you and your skills**:
You will have a proven track record for delivering people and organisational change initiatives in large organisations, knowing how to work well within an existing culture while also challenging it to evolve. You will know how to build strong trusted relationships across stakeholder groups at multiple levels of the organisation; be comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity; and know how to achieve lasting behaviour change.
We are interested in building a team who can effectively enable outcomes to be achieved from this program, build capability in others, and be able to then move to the next major change program in Coles.
