Leading the way through our starting program, driver evaluations, and learning while working, you'll be in a team that's all about helping, growing, and developing our group of drivers and Forklift Operators through this role.

Collaborating in a supportive close-knit team, this full-time, permanent opportunity reports directly to the Depot Manager. The role involves:

- Conducting regular paperwork training with drivers
- Be a leader and mentor for the drivers through formal and informal staff appraisals and coaching
- Induction Training in workplace procedures and safe work practices, including defensive driving principles.
- Ensure drivers are inducted.
- Regular Competency-Based Assessments ensuring ongoing compliance and professional driving standards.

**Skills & Experience**

All applicants must have full working rights in Australia and prepared to drug & alcohol testing as required.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) - If you do not currently hold, need to be willing to obtain
- MC & Dangerous Goods License
- Knowledge of HV Mass Management, Fatigue Management, Dangerous Goods, Load Restraint, Road Transport Rules and Regulations, specifically in regards to Containers.
- Well-developed computer skills, Office suite of programs.
- High level communication skills, written and verbal
- Travelling to our depot in Toowoomba is a large requirement of this position

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
