**About the Company**:
One of our leading commercial client is looking for QA Tester to work closely with engineering and product teams.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Senior SDET with 7+ years of experience, who is passionate about quality and automation to come onboard and work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the quality of new features for product portfolios and be empowered to provide mentoring and guidance to growing QA teams.

**Job/Project Description**:

- You will be integral in providing Testing Services and Quality Assurance consulting. Specialising in using innovative solutions to drive quality and help clients bring products to market.
- As a senior member of the Quality Engineering Practice, you will be expected to provide leadership and direction in various areas within the practice along with utilising your people management skills. You will be an experienced, hands on and self-motivated engineer who can work collaboratively in a continuous integration environment. This role involves working closely with Software Developers that includes leveraging shift-left methods including BDD and TDD, to understand a complex domain and product.
- You will be focuses on contributing to the development of automated tests through open-source test frameworks for overall system testing within an Agile environment. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction.

**Mandatory Requirement**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline
- You should have 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
- You should have 4+ years working as a SDET.
- You should have expertise in architecting and implementing test automation frameworks from the ground up utilising both Commercial Off-The-Shelf tools and Open Source software.
- You should have exposure with DevOps continuous integration processes and tooling, including one or more of the build/deploy/test version control tools such as Jenkins.
- You should have first rate stakeholder management skills and be able to demonstrate ability to influence at all levels.
- You should have working knowledge of QA and Testing in Agile methodology and experience in using the appropriate toolsets.
- A proven track record for guiding, coaching and mentoring automation teams on best practises, approaches, and tools.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum baseline AGSVA Security Clearance.

- Cloud-native computing solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Red Hat
- API orientated test automation framework design and development
