Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
- Manage the development and delivery of core regulatory services training designed to develop a common framework and understanding about how QBCC can achieve regulatory excellence.
- Use your knowledge and experience in regulatory theory, policy, and practice, and/or adult and organisational learning principles to shape the development of QBCC's regulatory professional capabilities.
- Manage, direct, and coordinate the QBCC Regulatory Academy team members, defining & documenting team procedures to ensure the best use of resource capacity and skillsets and delivering high quality, accurate and relevant capability uplift to regulatory teams.
- Establish and maintain excellent interpersonal working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, efficiency and internal stakeholder collaboration with the development and release of QBCC's Training Calendar of events.
- Evaluate regulatory trends and implement strategies for the delivery of agile education solutions in consultation with internal stakeholders.

- Provide advanced management, leadership, and direction to the QBCC Regulatory Academy team, involving the formulation and oversight of business plans and budgets.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, encompassing report writing and negotiation proficiency.
- Innovate, and execute change strategies to provide top-tier regulatory training that addresses operational objectives.
- Possess experience in strategic planning and implementation within a challenging regulatory landscape.
- Exhibit a strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret regulatory requirements for effective implementation in training programs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of regulatory training initiatives.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in navigating evolving regulatory landscapes, ensuring the Regulatory Academy remains current and compliant.
- Provide a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and recognising the value of varied perspectives within the team.
- Showcase a commitment to continuous professional development, staying current with industry trends and incorporating best practices into regulatory training strategies.
