Major bulk fuel storage company.

**Your new role**
- Manage planning and coordination of all project work site wide with both a long
- and short-term focus.
- Identify any drawings and technical data that are required to execute maintenance tasks. This includes understanding and/or developing operation documentation for commissioning/decommissioning of tanks.
- Collaborate on daily maintenance service orders to assist contractor to meet Terminal operations and reliability objectives.
- Ensuring Operational readiness for any projects prior to commissioning. All operating procedures ready, operational risks identified and assessed, effective control of work and permit systems, and resources trained and competent.
- Where a major project is being implemented, liaise with and manage the requirements of the project with the site manager, ensuring that works can be completed safely and that customer expectations are managed.
- Ensure all projects are coordinated with and communicated to Operations so that all parties are aware ahead of time of what is occurring.
- Ensure all projects are coordinated with and communicated to clients or partners
- Provide Operations support to the construction aspects of the projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to interpret HSSE and engineering standards, policies and practices
- Project Management skills and experience
- Customer focused attitude and able to interact at all levels within the customer organisation.
- Project Management qualification
- An engineering degree or a trade qualification would be highly regarded
- IT Skills - competent use of Microsoft Office 365 office suite of products including proven MS Project experience.
- Time Management and Prioritisation skills
- Hands on, practical experience with either engineering or change projects for some form of large-scale heavy industry.
- Experience in bulk fuel terminals operations would be useful.
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of terminal infrastructure.
