**About You**
- You are familiar with the home loan process. You may have worked in finance, or even just bought your first property. You understand the emotional journey home buyers go on and truly enjoy helping others, going on the journey together.
- You have developed a keen eye for detail and possess a knack for turning intricate processes into straightforward experiences for those around you. Your analytical and problem-solving skills have seen you implement new initiatives, much to the joy of your managers and colleagues.

**About the Role**

Supported by the Head Finance Broker, your day-to-day will look like:

- Sending documents to customers to get their signatures and following up on those that haven’t yet been sent through such as payslips, bank statements and credit checks,
- Answering inquiries from customers and updating them on the process of the loans.

There will be the opportunity to train and become a mortgage broker if you wish, however, if you see yourself staying in administration or operations, we can facilitate that too

**Selection Criteria**

To be shortlisted for this opportunity, you will have the following:

- An interest in and willingness to learn about the finance and mortgage broking industry
- Experience in customer service or administration
