**About Little Kids Crew**:
Located in the south of the Hawkesbury region in the suburb Richmond (Dharug Country), our early Kids Crew OSHC is an inclusive and welcoming service in Nowra NSW. You will work in partnership with families and your new teammates. A small service with a maximum of 25 places, we offer before school care (7-9am), after school care (3-5.30pm) and vacation care (7am-5.30pm).

**Describing Our Kids Crew Educators**:
We are looking for people who believe in our organisational values and wanting to be apart of of our team for a long time. At One Tree Community Services, we take great pride towards inclusive practice, especially with our educators. We have a educators from all walks of life, who can speak different languages and come from different vocational backgrounds, sharing their transferrable skills.

**Our Room Leaders Will Have**:

- Successfully completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Passionate person who will bring positive energy and loves to collaborate with peers
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- A pioneer towards embedding best practice
- Excellent communication skills and has a person centered approach
