Your Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is looking for engaging and fulfilling work, partnering with our client who are passionate and devoted to providing the best quality of products to their customers. You might be a generalist recruiter with Agency, RPO or inhouse experience. We are happy to chat regardless of your industry background, although experience in FMCG will be highly regarded. Ability to work autonomously and partner with clients is core to your success in this role. This role will see you recruit across a white-collar and blue-collar portfolio.
The role is varied and will see you involved with all aspects of recruitment reactivating pipelines and managing your own portfolio within a supportive environment. Your ability to use your initiative and drive outcomes will see you build strong relationships and show value from the get-go.
About you
- Experienced recruiter from an in-house, RPO or agency background
- Highly organised with a strong customer focus
- Forward-thinking, problem-solving approach
- Highly flexible and ready to roll your sleeves up
- The ability to learn and deliver on new roles, industries, and talent segments with a minimum of fuss
