- Provide expert health and safety advice and support to managers, including conducting thorough incident investigations, root cause analyses, and offering follow-up support.
- Perform HSW audits, generate reports, and conduct trend analysis to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to continuously enhance HSW outcomes and foster a culture of accountability valuing employee wellbeing.
- Manage comprehensive case administration for ill or injured employees, overseeing Return-To-Work plans as part of a small team effort.
- Maintain compliance with legislative requirements by continuously reviewing, developing, and aligning management system documents.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and detailed incident investigations to ensure adherence to OHS and quality standards, providing timely resolution and corrective actions.
- Drive the establishment of a credible OHS culture, contributing to strategy development, and implementing wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing clear communication and effective engagement to enhance HSW awareness and support across the organization.
- Lead and mentor the team toward achieving health and safety goals, ensuring a positive and discrimination-free work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Work Health and Safety practitioner.
- COVID vaccinated.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
