Pier 21 Apartment Hotel in North Fremantle is looking to employ a casual
**Handyperson** to assist with general property maintenance. Flexible working hours on offer.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager responsibilities include:

- Presentation and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas (general plumbing, carpentry, painting and patching work)
- Ensure the overall appearance and presentation of the Hotel grounds and gardens are kept to the highest standards.
- Knowledge of general swimming pool maintenance.
- Liaising with contractors
- Assisting guests as required.
- Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as outlined by your Manager.

**About You**
- Ability to work variety of shifts including weekend and public holidays.
- Solutions focused.
- Current driver’s License
- OH&S awareness
- Highly motivated with an exceptional attention to detail
- Hotel or resort experience preferred but not essential.
