We are on the lookout for determined, friendly and passionate individuals to support our elderly customers remain in their own homes, empowering them to live as independently as possible.

You will make a genuine difference in the lives of our clients by drawing on your empathetic and compassionate nature, as you support the needs of each individual in their own unique way.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Drive to and from customer visits in your own car (kilometre allowance provided)
- Provide a range of support services such as personal care, transport, meal preparation, cleaning and social support
- We have customers across Adelaide, so we can ensure you won't have to drive far
- Build friendly relationships with a broad range of customers and their families
- Read and follow Care Plans and task instructions
- Maintain excellent communication with Coordinators regarding customer's health and wellbeing

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification
- We can accept University students in their second year of studies including Nursing, Social Work, Allied Health Professions and more.
- A current Australian driver’s licence (P2 licence or above)
- Your own insured vehicle (3rd party accepted)
- Covid-19 vaccination, including a booster, is required for the position
