**Job Description**:

- We are seeking an experienced end to end Payroll professional to join our Payroll team at our Brisbane Corporate Office.

You will be responsible for the payroll for one of our mine sites. This job encompasses the effective coordination of planning, control and sustainability of Data and Pay run Execution. This role will see you coordinate the effective integration of the Payroll and Data processes end to end, ensuring that all SLA targets and measures are met.

This role is a key contributor towards ensuring processes are followed to pay all employees, correctly and on time.

This is your opportunity to join an established team, show off your payroll system skills and utilise your extensive end to end payroll experience in this diligent and supportive team.
- You will be responsible for the complete end to end process of your own portfolio, with the ability to process both weekly and monthly pays.
- Payroll clearing account reconciliations, Coal Industry long service leave, payroll reporting and extensive liaison with the respective Coal Mine Sites.
- Management of time and attendance exceptions through to statutory and ad hoc payroll disbursements.
- Review and resolve payroll queries from relevant internal stakeholders.
- While working with the team to consistently deliver suggestion on improvements, efficiencies and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- To be successful you will need to have experience in high volume, full function payrolls and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills is a required. Previous experience within a mining or heavy industry sector working across multiple Enterprise Arrangements and Awards will be highly regarded.
