* Qualified and experienced landscaper required to lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects across Ballarat and Surrounds
- Develop, train and support our outstanding apprentices as future leaders of the organisation.
- You will ideally have experience in on the job training and supervising with a number of years' experience as a hands on, multi skilled landscaper.
- Experience in Machine Operation Highly Regarded. Eg Bobcat & Excavator

Our client with more than 17 years of accomplishments and growth, they are focused on offering the highest level of quality and workmanship in landscaping and synthetic grass projects for residential, commercial, educational and government sectors.

**The role**:

- Qualified and experienced landscaper required to lead a high performing team in the delivery of landscaping and outdoor projects across Ballarat and Surrounds

**The following qualities and experience are required**:

- Demonstrated industry experience and multi-skilled in all areas of Landscaping
- Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with managers, team members, clients and the public.
- White Card
- Police Check
- WWC Certificate
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence
