Salon Lane is recruiting for a Casual Concierge to work primarily at our West End Location, with the possibility for working between our Teneriffe site in the future as well. The role would suit a dynamic, flexible hospitality professional obsessed with creating a world-class guest experience. Hours available on days between Tuesday and Saturday depending on availability. Approx 5-10 hours per week will be available initially with the opportunity for more pending on availabilities and business needs (No Late Nights)
**ABOUT SALON LANE**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Concierge will be critical to the smooth day-to-day running of our growing site portfolio, liaising with the Member Experience Manager on all operational and member issues. You will be the face of the brand and responsible for first-class member and client experience.
**MEMBER & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT**
- Create a fun, positive and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- In conjunction with the Member Experience Manager, be the primary point of contact for members and assist them with any enquiries and resolve issues.
- Managing the site booking system (Office RnD)
- Ensure the member experience is exceptional and retention rate targets are met.
- Assist in event logistics and pre-event preparation matters.
- Assist with connecting members to take advantage of client referrals.
- Assist with member inductions.
**SITE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS**
- Accountable for training new and existing concierges on Salon Lane service and brand standards, ensuring all sites operate within the business's operating framework.
- Foster a culture of going the extra mile where the Member Experience is at our core.
**Facilities Management**
- Escalate any facilities issues to the Member Experience Manager
- Assist in coordinating trades and communicating works to the membership group.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
3+ years’ experience in hospitality, administration or Front of House.
**Experience** in **coworking**, **hospitality**, and **events** is looked on favourably.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Other computer skills include MS Office, Google Docs, Zoom, Trello, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn & Dropbox.REWARDS

Pay: $30.00 per hour
