As a Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our bold vision to life.

**What you'll do**:

- Create project plans, establishing schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate and partner with Sales and Property Management teams
- Lead and support diverse initiatives across design, brand, social and digital
- Analyse and report back on project performance and recommend changes for future initiatives
- Oversee the commercial viability of the business, managing the budget, balancing revenue and investment streams
- Balance creative needs with the business needs to support overall performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the groups’ Creative vision
- Establish and oversee creative team
- Maintain project list; drive deliverables throughout the Creative group
- Lead and support initiatives across design, brand, social and digital
- Support editorial function, coordinating campaign content for journalists and third parties
- Analyse and reporting back on project performance and recommend changes for future initiatives
- Oversee overarching quality and consistency of creative product
- Collaborate with creative content teams both external & internal to optimize scheduling and delivery
- Adhoc responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the business

- Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset; confidently organize oneself, one's team, and the surrounding environment.
- Demonstrating robust skills in stakeholder management, valuing teamwork and nurturing relationships. Skilled communicator with a determination to surpass expectations.
- Exhibiting remarkable interpersonal and communication abilities, approaching challenges with an enthusiastic and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Deep appreciation for timelines and budget management, while taking pride in every facet of one's endeavors. Adaptable and flexible, maintaining composure while transitioning between roles, tasks, and projects.

- Preferably holds a tertiary qualification in Brand Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
