Grace Church of Christ is seeking a pastor to work with our youth (Year 7 - 12) and young adults (up to the 30s).

**About Grace Church**

Grace Church is a mid-sized, intergenerational Church located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and member of Churches of Christ Victoria and Tasmania. We believe in the authority of Jesus Christ and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit in His Church as salt and light of the world.

Our vision is to be a disciple-making church with the sole intent and purpose of impacting our generation with God’s love by bringing them into a relationship with Jesus and teaching them to obey Him. We also believe in the training and equipping of all believers.

**Vision for the Role**

The Generations Pastor will provide spiritual direction and involvement in:

- Leading and building up the youth ministry.
- Overseeing, equipping and ministering to the young adults’ group.

Your role will include the formulation and implementation of a mission and strategic plan for the ministries and the allocation of suitable resources to get there. In addition, you will also contribute to preaching and worship as part of your wider responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- A person of prayer and conviction
- Suitable theological qualification from a recognized Christian seminary

(Students in the process of completing their seminary studies are encouraged to apply)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Have a valid or can attain a Working With Children Check
- Has the right to live and work in Australia
- Able to accept and work within the Constitution of Grace Church of Christ
- Has belief in, and commitment to the Statement of Faith held by Grace Church
